Residential foundation site with formwork
01

Foundations & Concrete

Excavation coordination · footings and foundation walls · grade beams and piles · flatwork, garage pads and driveways.

Square starts in the dirt. Forms checked diagonal-to-diagonal before every pour, anchor bolts laid out to the framing plan — because the frame is only as true as the concrete under it.

02

Framing & Structure

Engineered floor systems · wall framing and stairs · roof trusses and rafters · LVL, PSL and steel beams · backframing and hardware.

The trade we were born in. Walls plumb within 1/8" over 8 feet, sealed engineering followed to the letter, frames that pass inspection the first time.

Roofer installing shingles on a house roof
03

Roofing

Asphalt shingles · underlayment and ice-and-water shield · fascia, soffit and eavestrough coordination · re-roofs on existing homes.

A tight, warrantied lid on every house we stand — installed by the same company that built the trusses under it, so nothing gets blamed on “the other guy.”

Finished home exterior with clean siding lines
04

Siding & Exteriors

House wrap and rainscreen · vinyl, Hardie and engineered wood siding · exterior trim, decks and railings.

The envelope is where water tries to win. Flashing details done right the first time — we build for Calgary hail, chinooks and -35° Januaries.

05

Insulation & Drywall

Batt and poly · board and tape · level-4 and level-5 finishes · ceilings, textures and repairs.

Straight studs deserve straight walls. Our boarders and tapers finish to the same tolerance the framers built to — check any wall with a straightedge.

06

Painting

Interior walls, ceilings and trim · exterior paint and stain · spray, roll and brush finishes.

Primer plus two coats, cut lines you'll want to photograph. Paint is the finish everyone sees — we treat it like the final inspection it is.

Installer fitting wood flooring in a home
07

Flooring

Hardwood and engineered wood · LVP and laminate · tile for floors, showers and backsplashes · subfloor prep and levelling.

Flat floors come from the floor system we installed months earlier — the advantage of one contractor owning the whole stack.

08

Finishing & Millwork

Casing, baseboards and doors · railings and stair finishing · built-ins, closets and feature walls.

The last 10% people touch every day. Mitres closed tight, reveals even, doors that latch softly — the details that make a home feel expensive.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What kinds of projects do you take on?
Homes, exclusively. Single-family houses, duplexes and infills, townhomes, additions, renovations, basement developments and garages. Staying residential by choice is why our crews know these details cold.
Can I hire you for just one trade?
Yes. Plenty of builders bring us in for framing only, or a homeowner hires us just for drywall and paint. You can take one trade or all nine — the standard doesn't change either way.
How long does a full home build take?
A typical single-family home runs 8–11 months from excavation to keys, depending on size, site and permit timelines. You get a written schedule with your quote and weekly updates against it.
Do you work with homeowners directly, or only builders?
Both. About half our work is directly with homeowners building or renovating their own house; the rest is with local builders who need a reliable trade partner across their lots.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on our workmanship, in writing, on top of manufacturer warranties for materials we supply. If something we built moves, cracks or fails, we come back and fix it.
How do you handle changes mid-project?
Every change goes on paper with a price before anyone swings a hammer. No surprise invoices at the end — you approve the cost and the schedule impact first.
